depends.. in 3 to 6 months max.. having Prime also helps, even though it is not necessary

Not really sure, but I have en idea. idk about the feasibility of this, but just a theory. Do at your own risk.
Since the OP can maintain upto 1.5L for 3-4 months, how about circulating that? That way it would seem that OP has more net worth in terms of cash flow than just depositing and keeping it. 🤔

Try keeping that money in the bank for 3-4 months and see if an offer pops in.

Or you can also get an FD, get a secured card, start using it to build good credit score and then getting a card will become way easier with a lot of pre-approved offers.

Get a FD Platinum card from ICICI, hold for 5-6 months, you'll get pre-approved CC. Worked for me back in '22.

Icici credit cards bad idea no real benifits. Only amazon pay is good of you shopping on amazon.
