CV Points Use CV Points on Thai Airways

Hello Friends,

I want to use my Vistara CV Points on Thai Airways. Has anyone done it before or know the procedure to do it?

Vistara customer care doesn't know how to do it so any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

if thai air is a star alliance partner it can be booked
otherwise look for a singapore airlines fligt

Thai Airways is a part of Star alliance but vistara is not alliance member but a partner or kris
So you can book Vistara flights using Kris or United but can't book star alliance member flights using vistara points.
