In most cases, you can use it almost to the fullest extent, but not completely. I had to get some meds that cost me 650. I had 650 coins but I could use 630. Remaining 20 I had to pay out of pocket.

If you order from bigbasket, you get 1 neucoin for Rs. 400 spend (It was there a month back)
If you place same order on bigbasket inside Tata neu app, you will get 5% neucoins. 20 neu coins on 400 spend.
