HDFC credit card office email id update

I have a HDFC Infinia credit card which was upgraded from a previous HDFC DCB card.
For some reason, the card still has my old company's office id and it results in mail for some offers etc. not reaching me as that email no longer exists.
How do I get this email id deleted?. I want all communication to be sent to my personal email id . I tried contacting customer care and they had no clue, they couldn't even see this other email id at their end

I leave the official e-mail ID blank and that will remove the email from the system?

I am trying to register the email ID for my relative's HDFC savings account online through the HDFC Bank
Insta Customer Services page. Currently, there is no email linked to the account. I tried all three options - Date of Birth, PAN, and Customer ID, but every time I get a Technical Error and cannot proceed. (Screenshot attached.)

Can someone confirm: if no email ID is currently registered with the savings account, is it possible to use the Insta Customer Services option to add a new email ID online?
If not, is there any alternative way to register the email ID online without visiting the branch?

HDFC bank is PSU bank in disguise. Visit branch and get it sorted.
