RBL Digital Account vs Prime Account

Does anyone knows differences or have any experiences with RBL Digital Account and Prime Account. All I know is Digital Account have 5k minimum balance requirement but no mention for Prime Account in the portal.

I visited branch today and they denied this variant. Was asking for 10k minimum one and 5L cheque for aspire one.

Unfortunately prime variant amb was not disclosed for uban and metro ... so we can't do anything.

But don't worry get 2,500 Inr mab classic SA from physical branch.

If they deny, show that classic account details by downloading service charges pdf of that variant.

Again they deny, threaten will complain to RBI BO

For Aspire, it's 1L. If they ask for more, refer them to their own website. 😁

You can get s+ on 2.5k amb account.

I think even they don't have sms charges.

I would better wait for few days and see if the they unblock my number for digital account which have 5k AMB rather than going through all those hassles of complaining.

You can visit the branch for opening 25k advantage savings account and they convert this to zero balance account. Only possible via branch route.

I am ok with 10k MAB, but is there any other way to provide initial funding ? They haven't told me anything, so I have to suggest. Please guide.

I asked about aspire . He told 2l .
I came to 1 lakh flat 🥸
He aggred & gave his card
