Mobile number registered with new HSBC Card is wrong

I got a HSBC Credit Card but somehow they have given wrong phone number so I am not able to activate it as no OTP is coming what should I do to change the phone number?

Got with the help of agent Cibil is 758 but limit is only 38K

While this platform exists to help, why is your first instinct NOT to read the letter that came with the card and contact the bank's helpline but instead go to an online forum?

I tried the helpline the helpline says contact from registered mobile number when I managed to talk to an executive they said you have to visit branch
