Glitch in HDFC Bank preferred banking email

What is this glitch?
I have Preferred A/C and I got mail with both Preferred & Imperia. Also no offer to upgrade in Imperia.

on the same note, there is absolutely no difference between the imperia platinum debit and preferred platinum debit card. only color and name of the card. HDFC is weird sometimes.

When you login, are you able to see the upgrade? I guess the background banner changes for different levels.

The real question is ask rm that will u have to maintain balance for imperia from now on. Even without upgrade mail one can upgrade anytime to imperia.

I don't see a major difference between Imperia and Preferred, so I don't mind if bank decides to downgrade.

Without an application or accepting an invitation for imperia upgrade they cant upgrade anyone to imperia. Check your netbanking, it will be showing preferred.

I received an invitation and gave the consent over text message. It started showing Imperia within 12 hours.
