vistara gold not upgraded

I received my axis vistara infinite last week but my tier with vistara is not upgraded to gold till now.
I also mailed vistara for same but they told me to connect with axis for resolution.
When i connected with axis customer care they told me to connect to vistara for same.

what should i do now ?
 
There is anew change in vistara invite card holders it has become mandatory to the 4 flights and earn 15000 points to retain gold tier status else will be downgraded from 2nd year onwards even if meet the required tnc in 2nd year before cycle ending still will not be upgraded only after completing 2nd year cycle. Attached is the new cycle effective from 1st March 2024

Dear Customer, With effect from 1st March 2024, following revisions will be applicable on your AXIS BANK VISTARA INFINITE CREDIT CARD: • Complimentary Club Vistara gold membership will be credited basis the predefined conditions mentioned below. Terms & Conditions 1. Gold Tier will be issued in year 1 after fee payment, valid for 12 months from date of upgrade. Gold tier will be credited within 10 working days of fee payment. 2. Year 2 onwards, customer needs to achieve 4 Vistara flights and 15,000 Tier Points criteria in the last 12 months to retain the gold tier. If the customer is unable to accumulate the requisite Tier Points and take the minimum number of flights to retain their gold tier status by the end of the 12-month rolling-period, they will automatically revise to perpetual Silver Tier until set criteria is achieved within the next tier evaluation cycle. All Club Vistara terms and Conditions apply. Continued participation in the program by a customer will be regarded as acceptance by such customers of current Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time by Vistara in its sole discretion. 3. Gold tier will be awarded only after completing one evaluation cycle and achieving the above criteria. Upgrade to gold tier will not be considered if the customer has achieved the criteria before the completion of the cycle. Frequently Asked Questions 1. What are tier points? Are they same as CV points? Tier Points are not the same as CV Points.Tier Points are earned only on flying with Vistara. While CV Points can be used for redeeming an Award Flight or an Upgrade Award, Tier Points are used only for the purpose of tier evaluation. For more information, click here . 2. I have earned 4 milestone ticket vouchers upon achieving required spends. Will the award flights be considered towards 4 flights criteria? No, the tier eligibility criteria will not include 4 award flights earned by the customer upon achieving required spends. 3. Will the flights achieved by redeeming CV points qualify towards the 4 flights and 15,000 tier points criteria? Any flights booked by redeeming vouchers or CV points will not qualify towards the above criteria. 4. From year 2 onwards, will this change apply to subsequent years? Yes, this change will be applicable from year 2 onwards for subsequent years. 5.
