Its been two months in a row I haven't got the cashback for ICICI Amazon pay card. Any other having the same issue?

Did you order something from Amazon using your card and then returned the product after the Cashback was credited? If yes then most probably they are adjusting the Cashback already provided. To confirm this, you can check your statement where they mention the Cashback generated for the current cycle and if it has a "-" sign next to it (eg: -234) then you can assume that they had credited extra amount which is getting re-adjusted

No i have not returned any products but i see mins sign in cashback shown on statement not sure what to do now.
From my experience if there is any EMI on amazon pay card, until that completes i didn't get cashback at all. The ICICI bank support tried to explain me but i never really understood. Crazy thing i experienced. Post my EMI ended cashback started coming in. I have no idea why it got paused and it was resumed again.

I have reached customer support and informed them about the issue and they have credited the cashback amount on the next statment. It will be long process they will escalate your issue to senior team and they will call back and check one more time and then they will provide the cashback and confirmation via email.
