Onecard not closing my secured card

I contacted them to release my FD to convert it to a non secured card or close my account but it has been a week they didn't give me FD or closed my card. Where would I complain to close onecard

You need to apply for closure of card and the underlying FD - only thru the App. SR will be generated. Have you done that ?

Within 3-4 working days, it will be closed. And, within 7-10 days, the FD will be closed n funds will be transferred to the initial source.

I got my card closed in that way - without any problem n by NOT speaking to anyone.

Yeah. No issues.
I closed my RBL Account to which SBM tried to send the FD closure funds - as per their records. Upon return, they sent the funds to One Card and they sent my current bank account - as updated in the App.
