How many CC does HDFC give to one person?

I have HDFC Regalia (2 years+) and Tata Neu Infinity (6 months+). They are rejecting my applications. Both Swiggy and Shoppers Stop got rejected. Is it due to max card policy or something else?

If you want HDFC Bank cobranded credit card then apply from their respective app or site
you will get approval

Generally 1 core( obviously you can get special approvals for more than 1)

I did apply Swiggy CC from Swiggy but was rejected. Shopper's Stop I applied through Cash Karo, rejected again.

Something like application has been put on hold, and asked for docs to increase limit on existing card?

If yes, then mail hdfc they will process it.

They will say like that…happened with me for my both applicants, which were later approved!
Just drop a mail asking reason for rejection, they will surely ask you for additional documents/some more time to process the application etc.

I have 4 fours cards right now. All with shared limit.

Millennia, Rupay UPI, Swiggy and Neu plus... I've applied Swiggy and neu recently in a month both through their respective apps. All of them very instantly approved with shared limit based on the limit I have on Millennia.

It was online application and got rejected automatically. No application number either. Who do I write to and with what reference? I do see a CIBIL hit against it.

It’s strange to know that you didn’t have any application no. nor any did you receive any email for rejection!!
It usually doesn’t happen like that !!

When did you applied??

You can wait for 4-5 working days.. most probably HDFC sents the application form and rejection reason via mail.

Everytime I apply, no matter the card gets approved or rejected, I get a mail with the PDF which has the application form. If you do not get the reason for rejection, you can call CC.

I didn't get anything by mail,neither for Swiggy card nor for Shoppers Stop. Applied Swiggy about 2 months back, Shoppers stop around 10 days.

Then only cc can help. You should ask them through all possible way(call, mail, bank) as they are making CIBIL hit.

I applied HDFC Swiggy again from Swiggy app last week. This time got approved within 24 hours. Digital card generated, physical card on it's way.
