When would ICICI bank restart providing account to customers

Campus power accounts is student it has featured such as
1. Free ICICI direct account
2. Zero balance account
3. Premium credit lifetime free (which would cost 4K per yearly)
5.instant loan approval upto 1 cr
Explain point 3 .

This card is yearly 6500 but free with campus power after education . Other card while studying are coral credit and Manchester United card

So does it mean only through University u can open ???

Last year you can open online through submiting Id card online but now they were only telling to visit local branch.
Not only this account but also zero balance account, 10 k monthly average balance account also and forcing to open MAB of 50k account
I have zero balance account in icici . Campus power ( study loan offer comes in every account even pre approved)
Cc offering is subjective i guess. Like those studying in iit & iim & mba grad would get easily not everyone i guess

One can get if he is an alumnus from eligible 118 institutes, which includes non IIT and IIM also.
These cards will be offered as complementary for that account type.
