Ab open ho gaya account can't do anything, got instant kit by branch but net banking isn't showing any of my details I entered while opening account

How to complaint against HDFC employee for misbehaviour, the employee who opened my account was questioning that I'm involved in something terror activity because I already hold multiple and was opening in rural branch, and that guy was eating Gutka inside branch and his way of talking (de bhai kaun bolta hai yaar 😭 atleast sir toh bolna tha)

Edit: even sbi account opening process was better than this

Some Employees Address by using informal words like Bhai if customer is of similar age or Uncle to Senior Customers but yes with Respect.

That's why I told to open through vkyc
Behraal jab ab khol hi liya hai to ek do din pareshani hogi, baad m 400 dihadi ka fal bhi milega
Baki u can always switch branch online

I too transfer my branch to some Village which I don't know
But due to this my mab requirements has cut by half

Edit: at least their phone banking folks are professional they address by using last name

Sir aage se aisa nahi ho sir.
