true. 10k limit is not implemented for insurance on amazon currently. it is there for elec bills etc.
Does anybody know the reason why , i am frustrated it says 10k Elec bills can only paid by UPI now , it was debit card and internet banking supported before at least, what is going on.
Also guys i have bill above electricity bill above 10k to pay , which would be best platform/cards now in terms cashback now. Damn cant even use BOB card to cashback now. At this point even accepting cc pays with charges would be great.

One option is bajaj finserv wallet.... U can pay any amount from there... U might get 20-25 rs cb... Plus ur credit card rewards.... No charges to pay via credit card... Dont add money in wallet.... Directly pay using credit card

They give around 10-11% cb upto 100...for small bills but only via bajaj finserv upi.....

i have bill of 15k to pay, never expected bajaj as answer is the cashback on any use?
also any other credit cards to get like axis airtel/ace/freecharge for cb , you can even suggest some debit cards at this point as i see debit cards being mostly accepted for such bills.

Axis ace or axis free charge cards are option then.... Axis ace gives 5% via gpay.... And freecharge card gives 5% on freecharge spends....... Or u can get 1% on hdfc platinum debit card.... Its free if u have minimum classic account... Or else... U have to pay 750 per year... Per month u can earn 1% upto 750 on bill payment...
Also millenia debit card gives 1% upto 400...u can add money in paytm via that and pay

Ther are one or 2 credit cards from citi and standard chartered... But these cards are hard to get....

You can try to use the Electricity board's default payment page. Or, Freecharge, GPay, Phonepe, etc.

this capping was implemented by az quite some time ago.
reason appears to be more like policy decision / small change in business model.

possible options (0% conv charge perspective):
1. gpay (esp. using axis ace cc)
2. cred
3. bajaj finserv
4. elec board own site (some tend to have a conv fee there too)
5. freecharge (esp. using axis freecharge cc)
6. hdfc bill pay (esp. using hdfc plat dc, millennia dc). similar bill options of other banks could be avail (via billdesk).
7. others = you may add/suggest!!

esp. combining with milestone based cards, or high-end cards which give good pts e.g. scb ultimate, bob eterna, hdfc black/inifnia, axis magnus
should cross-check before txn whether and how much rwd pts applicable for elec/insurance bill txns.

Wel I used pay via Amazon weather I was getting cv or not for a long time. This is bad move and will cost a hit , but why though I starting to wonder missuse etc hmm ??

I know they disabled it long time back but now even debit and internet banking is not allowed damn.

And here apay can't complete my doorstep kyc for my city which they used to do before they my city is not supported, longest issue I have raised with cc it's been 3 weeks no resolution.
