Indusind Legend Credit Card

Hi,

I applied for Indusind Legend Credit Card on 3rd Oct. After adding some details. I kind of said your card is rejected at that moment only.
However, I didn't seem a reason for the rejection. So, I checked with customer care. Customer care over both email/phone mention that your card is under process and it will take 10 days to process and you will need to submit the documents.

Today, I got a mail to do video KYC on the indusind bank website. However, the link which was mentioned on the email is the same link where I initally applied and it shows rejected whenever I try verifying my details.

How can i proceed with the video kyc or it my application got rejected without document pickup only?

That could be a solution, However, next week I am going to home town and raising a request today means they will do atleast after monday only.

Once you get a call from agent for kyc, you will get his number and then you both may decide time and date accordingly . So, better start the process now

Worst customer care, everytime I call they say wait for 10 working days and no other help they are willing to provide.
