Add-on Lounge Access

Hey,
I currently have ICICI Sapphiro LTF and HDFC MoneyBack+ LTF. I travel a lot with my father and wanted to know if there's a mid range card that gives lounge access to add on card.
I'm eyeing hdfc regalia gold or axis atlas soon but they're a bit out of my reach now.

If you need LTF well then tough luck ,maybe try for Regalia Gold or DCB LTF ,but very difficult to get as it is

If you're holding a Saphiro ,you might get paid upgrade to Emerald PVC, unlimited domestic & international lounge and spa for primary and add on ,but reward rate is Abysmal

Yes Marquee is another card worth looking into
