Issue When Opening IndusInd New Account Online

I’m Varun Kumar, and I’m facing an issue while trying to open an IndusInd new account online. I would appreciate your insights and advice on how to resolve this matter.

The problem arises when I enter my contact number during the account opening process. After OTP verification, all my personal details are automatically filled in, including my email address and old address. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option to edit or change these details.

The concern here is that the address being populated is my old address, whereas my current Aadhaar address is different. I’m perplexed as to why these details are being pre-filled and how I can rectify this issue.

I have attached screenshots for your reference. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

U might have opened paytm FD once! That's why these details getting prefilled.
 
I think I opened paytm fb accidentally but currently i am not using it , how can i open the account now with my updated address
?
Go through the offline way of account opening, there they will open ur account with same details and just after the initial funding they will immediately change the address! However the first kit(whether visa/mc) will be dispatched to ur old address, and if undelivered it will return back to ur branch only, so no such issue! U can collect from here later on.
And ya ur RM will be there for any further issues! If any debit freeze happens in future.

Open via offline once .

Then u can use their digital platform like indie

If you have any other way through just share with the op / or if i hv shared anything wrong then just point it out .

Did your problem have solved?
When I enter mobile number and after submitting OTP it shows previous filled details and there is no edit option.
So what to do now?
 
Open via offline .. problem will get sorted.
But offline they will not open zero balance account?

If I open Mab account after how many days later can I open INDIE account online?
Which account variant should I open online. (Preferably zero balance if no zero balance then lowest mab account would be appreciated)

Mab that depends on your appetite.
Indie is getting devalued ..open 20k funding 10k mab account

Two days ago I have received a call from indusind bank customer care, they asked me what happend are you opening indusind bank account.
I said yes, but I am paytm user so not able to apply online.
the she said, she can help me on call for account opening, the same issue was showing . In email id option it was pre filled with paytm mail id like default.paytm.com then she said leave it same and proceed to next step and I filled all the details and account opened within 5 mins.
she said that you would have to do full kyc from nearest branch and they will update your mail id also.
Now my indus delite account is working and will do offline kyc in upcoming days.

I have question, after completing the full kyc, can I open indie account? or error will come again?
