I’m Varun Kumar, and I’m facing an issue while trying to open an IndusInd new account online. I would appreciate your insights and advice on how to resolve this matter.
The problem arises when I enter my contact number during the account opening process. After OTP verification, all my personal details are automatically filled in, including my email address and old address. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option to edit or change these details.
The concern here is that the address being populated is my old address, whereas my current Aadhaar address is different. I’m perplexed as to why these details are being pre-filled and how I can rectify this issue.
I have attached screenshots for your reference. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
