This looks to be a genuine toll free number.
toll free numbers are expensive and not bought by scamsters.

I would like to get Axis Flipkart for free but I already have 4 axis cards so I am not eligible for the fifth.

Yes, they started with fee waiver of 1.5L I think and ltf too at the beginning. still easiest card to get in their cards. .
Where as look at the competition.
Nothing has changed ever for apay card. That is how trust needs to be built.
Not like cheaters, who change the goalpost while game is still ON

I wonder sometimes who is keeping apay cc alive, icici or amazon? It should be amazon considering icici's behavior.

It is Amazon.. Amazon is the dominant player in Apay card even in allocation CL/ LE s..
Amazon is just using ICICI’s banking license and managing the whole Apay card, in my view
