During VKYC the agent will confirm whether you need cheque book and will notify you about the debit card charges, eitherway just mention you want select instead of platinum and will need the first chequebook. VKYV takes 8-48 hours to get verified in the backend. Login into mobile app (you will be given read only access until you get physical debit card), your account type will be digi...once it converts into regular savings call customer care and place request for select card and cheque book, this time you will get the SR numbers immediately via SMS.

Open Video KYC account not digiGen account.
DigiGen have 1 year validity. SO better open Video KYC account.

Yes I just redeemed Amazon Prime OTT, all RuPay Select DC perks are available, no issues. I don't think you can get add-on debit card, you will have to open separate account. But will call CC and update here

While account opening, you need to specifically ask VKYC member not to issue any debit card or you can try asking that person to issue only Rupay Select DC if that person can help with that otherwise ask specifically not to issue any DC (this is preferred method in my opinion).

Yup that's the account that gets open via VKYC. Also they will mention the account variant, MAB and all the charges on the call itself. So don't worry. 2500 MAB is irrespective of Branch Tier
