Missing ICICI upi id on Pockets app

In 2017, I created a account on ICICI pockets app with UPI handle xyx@icici ....I keep receiving money in the bank account linked to this upi handle till today without any issue...However, recently when i logged in to ICICI pockets, it created new UPI handle @pockets & is not showing my old upi id xyz@icici....Now my issue how to use this handle xyz@icici to send money....I checked imobile but this handle is neither available in imobile app nor in ICICI pockets..

Any suggestions to retrieve upi id xyz@icici so that i can link it to imobile and send money using this handle. ICICI customer care is clueless

how does upi looks like ? its consists mobilenumber or ac no. ???

icici pockets app is upgraded now, might differ with the features ...when compared between 2017 and 2024
