How to take max compensation from Hdfc life .

I applied for hdfc term life 1 Cr via POLICY bazar.
It got rejected because they said my bilirubin was High ( damaged liver )
I took 2 check up following this and my liver was perfectly fine .

Now I had to spend money doing checkup and was fugging scared what if I m gonna die or wot.
Or is it jaundice ( peelia ) .

Today I recieved mail from hdfc saying it was negligence form their end and my report was fine .
And I can apply for new insurance..

Now tell me how to fugg hdfc life for this bloody experience and wasting 2-3 days .

AFAIK, there is an Insurance Ombudsman similar to RBI Ombudsman....... You can try raising it with them..... I don't have any info or experience about it, but someone can add their inputs.....

this is not going to work with irda as the issue has been resolved / accepted .. You have to look at a civil / consumer case outside the ombudsman.. u can spk to hdfc and see if they offer any recourse...money will only come from legal recourse..

You go bonkers & spend 50 k on testing from multiple labs
Later find out it was their hospital mistake

But still gave me the ULIP..
I didn't believe that I had 270 total cholesterol..
I will check once every year .Next time

It might be that Good cholestrol is high .
But 240 is healthy boderline ..

Cholestrol is not that a demon as shown in oil ads .
Unless u r overweight with fat all over your belly that u look 6 month pregnancy .

Cholestrol is necessary for making non Protein hormone
