It's been a long time since I travelled by train. Between, my platform is near the Platform 16 Lounge. Any feedback on the Delhi Platform 16 Lounge ?

Which credit or debit cards are accepted ?

1 better hai compared to 16. Kaafi time ho gaya 16 waale me gaye hue to experiment kar ke dekh lena kuch improvement aaya hai. 😂

PF 16 Lounge is pathetic....no proper food and also the cleanliness is not up to the mark. The seating is also not that comfortable. Charging ports are not easily accessible and are not that many. Coffee/Tea Dispensing machine were terrible.

Looks like GOD has heard your complaint. IRCTC lounge at platform 16 is gone now. I visited yesterday and it was closed permanently. However, there is one new under construction one level above exactly above current lounge. Do not know when it will open.
