What Information Can Merchant See When I make a payment?

So, i really like to Google Pay or Amazon Pay. But Google Pay uses email as UPI and Amazon pay is phone number. I can't really use actually custom UPI. So i am wondering can merchants see full UPI id? Or phone number? What information they can see when they get paid? I don't care if they know my name tho.

Other Popular QRs are Phonepe and GPay.

Gpay Show Only First Name and Initials for Middle and Last Name. No way to see other Details.

Phonepe Merchant App kya details show karta hai @doraemon can tell us.


Mobikwik Merchant App shows only Full UPI ID and Best Merchant App out there but still not Popular😂

Amazon - no custom UPI

20 wala register kharida tha usme monthly revenue record karta hu
Problem is mai khud bhi paise ghumata hu merchant qr se to wo papa kahi shop ki sale me na include karde isliye seprate maintain Kiya hai
