Any Welcome Benefits for SCB Super Value Titanium Credit card??

I applied for LTF SCB Platinum Rewards card through an agent, but to my surprise Super Value Titanium Credit card got approved. The agent has no clue now !!
I spoke tele-banking Customer support executive and she told your card has only 1 time Joining fee of Rs 750/- + GST and no Annual fee after that !!

Also, she told, there is a Welcome Benefit: On Fuel spend of Rs.1500/- withing 90 days, I'll get Rewards Points worth Rs. 1500 !! - This looks suspicious to me there no such mention at the website !!

Also, No Annual fee 2nd year onward also looks doubtful to me....!!!

Can any existing user of SCB Super Value Titanium Credit card shed some light here...

Also, how to know about Joining / Annual fees for sure???

Fake one mail to standard chartered Bank , if they denied No other way then RBI is the solution

I did send email...they are giving me link of the card page and asking to see charges mentioned there !!

Mail them that you applied for platinum rewards, note agent may apply for that card

Call customer care and ask which card was applied. It never happens. You applied for platinum rewards you will get platinum rewards card. It's a mistake from agent end

You will get the 1500 rp on first transaction upto 1500.
And card is paid from 2nd year also

Call customer care and ask which card was applied. It never happens. You applied for platinum rewards you will get platinum rewards card. It's a mistake from agent end

Its mistake from Agent....my application also had Titanium card name, but when I informed the agent, he said No problem, I'll get Platinum Rewards card only !!!

In May 2024, I got an offer email from SC Cards to upgrade my Digismart card to the Super Value Titanium card. After accepting it, received a call from SC Cards, where the representative mentioned that I would get 100% cashback up to Rs. 1500 on fuel spending within the first three months. There is a joining fee and annual fees of Rs. 750 plus GST , annual fees would be waived on spending Rs. 90,000 / year. Since my Digismart card is LTF and I use it for discounts on Myntra and Blinkit, I requested to keep both cards, which they approved. Later that same day, I received a confirmation call from another representative who reconfirmed the same offer.

After three months, when I did not receive the Rs. 1500 cashback, I called customer care. The representative denied any such offer and asked me to provide any email or letter to support my claim. I mentioned that I had call recordings, and he advised me to email them to card.services@sc.com. I emailed twice over two weeks but received no response. I called customer care again, and another representative informed me that I would receive the cashback within six months.

Suddenly, last week, I noticed that the amount of Rs. 1500 had been credited to my SC credit card statement. So yes there is a welcome offer of 100% cashback on fuel spending but I don't know how much they are willing to fulfil it without any intervention.

Please be patient with the 1500 cashback credit, i got the card in August and cashback was credited by February. The rule is that cashback will reflect within 180 days of card issuance.
