I am getting offer for secured card only, is there any trick to get unsecured LTF? Also which partner is best to wait for? (I have no cards yet with BoB, federal, SIB and planning to apply BoB snapdeal for UPI use case) so what should be ideal strategy?

What trick ?

Once closed, always closed. They will NOT get 1card (Visa or RuPay) again. From ANY of their partner banks. Till, they change their rules. Rven if you know the BM very well and he is dying to help you, 1card will NOT be issued again. As of now....
