Have got virtual rupay couldn't link with any payment app so could use it
So can't answer 😕
At the moment it is being issued to indian bank one card unsecured card holders

you can try linking on bhim app, i've seen option to link Indian bank onecard... don;t know if it works or not, not the banking partner.

It is not yet linked to UPI means it doesn't support UPI.I've checked with One Card they told it is going to take time.

You can use OneCard RuPay credit card for all OneCard discount offers too.

Today, i checked OneCard and Cred offer 5% upto 20 off on bill payment offer.
