New Infinia Addon Card Issues

I recently got a new addon card to my infinia primary. The card came with a new number and linked to addons mobile number. They were able to login to mycards and set pin using their mobile number. When they tried to enable international usage it said, card controls have to be enabled by the primary card member. So I logged into my netbanking (new interface at netportal) and I can see the addon card member listed, but when I click "Set limits for add-on cards" this particular card doesn't show up. Using the HDFC app, it shows the addon card but clicking it throws an error, "Sorry, something went wrong! Please try again after sometime".

Any ideas how to solve this?

I just tried as primary and it doesn't show any cards at all. Not even my primary card. Everything shows up in netbanking and app.
You can add your card in MyCards using last 4 digits and then access your add-on. Addon will be available as dropdown in card control. Attaching screenshots.

Sometimes changes done using netbanking and app doesn't reflect immediately. But MyCards will work just fine. You should be able to enable international transactions on your addon card. Kindly update
Give it a week or two to sync up. It takes a while. Up until a few months ago, HDFC was issuing add-ons using the same number as primary (I know because we have 3 addons in the family from 3 different HDFC cards!). So, you are in a better position than me at least.

Hmm... Addon is traveling soon so need to enable international use. It's been 10 days since addon set pin.
