HDFC classic downgrade in 5 days after upgrade.

22nd may 24, HDFC provide a free upgrade to classic account. By sending sms and mail. I upgraded and it was showing classic.

Mab required to maintain was showing 5k ( my earlier mab)

On 25th I ordered classic cheque book and platinum card

On 28th I opened mobile app and it's showing standard.

When offered upgrade it has 6k (earlier quarter had maintained more than 1.5L) balance from 23rd has 70k balance till now.

What's wrong with it.

If it's related to maintaining then I have at least a month to maintain and if considered qab I have at least 3month to maintain so how can it be downgraded within a week?

Please share some insight. I feel angry with them.

Download statement
U can see
( Vishesh written in right top corner )


Just download the statement not send to email ..you can quick view ..

It's indeed written just right side of account number. So it's actually not downgraded it's changed as per location specific product variant right?

But in this case the number of personal banker is not showing in app or net banking where to find out.

I am pretty new to classic or vishes banking. Any special tips on how to make the most of it and how to maintain with less effort.

Rm contact will be written in every email .
You will get series of 7 mail highlighting features of classic banking.
In those very emails rm contact will be written
 
Same situation for me also.got classic upgrade offer on 22nd ,gave consent,on 24th upgraded to Classic an in yesterday it went back to standard.called cc and they said it's standard only...what's going on...currently have 1.lakh in SB account

to understand the rationale for Vaibhav to keep that much MAB/QAB with bank and not alternate option which I got thanks !!

I just checked my statement and yes "vishesh" is mentioned on right side ....so no special logo right?
