Indusind Credit Billy payment not credited to card

I had temporarily blocked my credit card and i forgot and made my bill payment i realized after 2 days that it wasn't credited to my card and made again after unblocking card but then,this time it was credited, but the payment i did the first time hasn't been credit and its been a week is there any rule where i get compensated for the delay.

There's no relationship between them

If the card temp. Or permanently blocked, the money will be Credited to the card account unless card virtual ac. freezed

Only if you have paid from

Your ac/family/friends ac to your card ac via imps, neft, rtgs,upi, bank billdesk, bbps

If via Third party payments even non bbps ..... no right to ask compensation.

As card blocked, third party service providers would get invalid card number or not active number issue.

It is done through bbps just confirmed how to take action?
