Axis bank new Fraud while i was applying for airtel axis and they proceed axis neo application in last page

Axis is fraud bank I applied for axis airtel while proceeding application but they message otp for airtel axis but in last they showed that your axis neo application is processed. Very fraud bank.

 

Did you apply using mobile banking using the Axis Open app?

Axis bank IT sucks. It's probably a technical glitch. In case they actually deliver Axis Neo, you can show them the OTP message which was for Airtel Axis.

In return, they will just cancel ur neo cc, but won't give Airtel

I got Airtel Axis using my wife's Airtel Thanks app (I was ineligible and at that time Airtel Axis wouldn't be available to apply from Axis Open app), But now since it shows up on Axis mobile app, is it like they are letting people apply but not issuing any?

OP faced a technical glitch most probably.

Yes I made complaint they told that If this card get approved you apply in next time for airtel axis
