Friends,

Any place to check the conversion rates for Forgeign Remittance for banks like HDFC, SBI, ICICI, INDUSIND, FEDERAL banks?

Once in a QTR I want to receive this remittance and all these years, I have been using HDFC. RM for the first time is useful in this matter( hdfc sends some form to be filled with 1000 fields and I just call the RM and he takes care of it and the money is credited)

I would like to know any place to check the conversion rates as I haven't been able to find them on google for the above banks.

@keerthirahul123 As @helloworld pointed out, simply search for TT BUY forex rate for every bank and you will know.

The best is provided by IOB.

I recently shared the approximate charges of IOB here:

Search for “<Bank> TT RATES”. Generally link will be '<Bank> BANK TREASURY FOREX CARD RATES’ - Check column “TT Buying (In Rem)”
Hello Sir,

I have to recieve one Reimbursement Amount of my Hotel Booking (Hotel Booking in India).

I have booked Hotels through Agoda.

They will provide Reimbursement from Foreign Country.

They said that They will transfer money in my account in INR and Whatever charges will be applicable for Transferring the money that will be deducted from your reimbursement amount.

Can You Guide that which bank has Zero Charges (or very less) charges on Bank Transfer from Foreign Country.

no bank offers zero charges. its a refund and you have to bear markup charges. and mostly afaik refund should be from source account.
