HDFC PAN LINKED WITH SOMEONE

What Should i do with Hdfc Bank.. !!
It was started 3-4 years when i applied SBI card and then Someone with same name and same dob but different Address and F/M name ( linked Sbi, Hdfc and another bank loans and cards with my cibil) After fighting with banks removed from cibil.
again last year tried for hdfc card same happened again but only hdfc linked with cibil.
so again fighting for 2-3 months removed.
now when i check AIS and TIS there was 1 saving account of HDFC bank which was not mine, that was same person.
So i compaint and provided my kyc documents in home town and now they saying its not easy to remove , ist we will send team to check that person address, liability , blaah blaah...!!

Should i wait somedays as bank saying , or compaint on RBI portal??

Wait for what? bank can only remove from report nothing more than that. If you sure about your query ghen fill FIR asap neither your pan may be created more issue in future.

And do update kyc of your pan asap

linked from past 4 years i think now. dont wanna go for fIR, may be it will create more issue to me. thinking to give some more days, may be they will de-link
