Help decoding sbi support message

I've had a sbi simply save card for the past 6 years and have never received any LE offers. My current limit is 20,000. Recently, had a pre-approved message from sbi for few cards & I requested on RUPAY so they sent me attached email.

I don't recall ever receiving a secured card, nor do I have a sbi account. I contacted them again, but received canned responses to check with the bank. Even now, I'm sceptical because there hasn't been a single LE in 6 years. How can I tell if it's a secured card?

There will be a word added called "Advantage" added to name of CC if card is secured. It will be written on the card itself.

Like Simply Click Advantage or Simply Save Advantage.

Thanks it just simply save on the card, pretty weird they wrote unsecured in the email
