How to upgrade from Millennia Diners to DCB?

I have a limit of 10 lakh on my millenia diners card.

can I get DCB since I have good credit limit?

Yes - just initiate the request and they will upgrade immediately - it will be FYF if you are not under Alumni program.

I got mine yesterday and the process was smooth.
