Canara Bank is issuing virtual debit card.

Canara Bank has enabled option for applying virtual debit cards. There are multiple variants available including rupay platinum.

Problem is can't find concrete document about charges and usage. Do you have any idea about this?

Also previously we could see the virtual DC full details
Now expiry and CVV not visible

Called customer care. They are saying that these are hidden because of security reasons

I called my RM and he says he doesn't know it and he enquired it and said the HQ doesn't know either and confirmed me there's nothing free at all and so told me to consider this as not a free.

if anyone applied it and been using it for all these months can confirm me if its really free or chargeable. Thanks!

Canara Bank levied charges on my free Rupay Platinum Debit card on SB Select account, after a complaint they reversed it though. They violate their own terms and conditions each time and here there's nothing written anything about virtual debit card.
I believe there will be a charge for virtual debit card too, Actually it's true; there is nothing free in Canara Bank .

In canara bank they themselves do not know about their own system and customer care has no information either.
