Millennia Redeen HDFC CC points

I have 1500 CC points, they are redeemable as my mycards portal.
I got my CC around a year ago & opened a savings account with HDFC last month.
I dont see any option to add or link my CC inside netbanking portal or in mobile app.


when I log in to mycards portal & try to redeem my points it redirect me to gyftr platform but I dont see my points there, I only see normal pay using card to buy giftcard 🙁
this is all really confusing, can someone help

I want to

1. Reddem my millennia CC points and buy gift voucher
2. I also want to add my CC to netportal so I dont have to use mycards portal and redeem points directly from hdfc portals

You can register your credit card under Cards Tab, Request.

You can also try to check this link - https://mycards.hdfcbank.com/- and it will show your Credit card there. You can fill in few details and add it to your account.

based on a few comments from YT videos, the register card option is removed in new UI.

i am getting this error when I am trying to log in, my savings account is 1 month old so I am being served new UI it seems & I cant login and get old UI

why don't you try contacting hdfc support via mail or call?

tried calling, CC on call was not able to help, will visit branch. Thanks

called customer care today again, representative confirmed that new net banking dosent have "register Credit card feature", the only option is to call them and raise a request, then your CC will get added to account in 2 working days.

now once my CC get added to my account, how can I redeem points?

Open the cc details page after cc will be linked and showing up in you netbanking portal along with savings ac.

On the right side extend the drop down list and there would be an option to redeem points.

Click and you'll be redirected to new tab to redeem points.

If still unable to redeem pts revert back I'll attach ss.

the card was added to my account today & I just redeemed the points as Cash, not sure if that was the best value for points but its something

now based on what I read, in my next statement the points i redeem will be adjusted as credit transaction
not sure if there are any charges/fee or anything. but thank you for the hand holding, I was really confused & thought gyftr is only way to redeem points.

but now I am curious what is gyftr useful for?
I started paying at a lot of places using amazon pay because I buy giftcard on amazon (using millennia CC and get 5% cashback) & add them in my Apay and pay using that balance.
will buying amazon giftcard using gyftr more beneficial ?
