Error while opening IndusInd account

I have legend card and while trying to open I receive the error Getting error the following error while submitting online account opening form.
EBTE0003: We are unable to process your request online. Kindly contact nearest Branch or call 020-26343201/ 020-69019000 for further assistance.
Any idea. What's matter?
When contacted IndusInd team, they said since I already have credit card so can't open online, need to visit branch

Yes! I mailed them and raised the issue on X (twitter). They opened it manually

Can you please share the mail? I also had the same issue. I tried to open an account and made an initial funding of Rs. 2000. After the money was debited from my account, an error occurred, and now, whenever I try to log in, it shows the same error. I also tried contacting customer care, but none of their numbers are working, the brand is almost 15 Km away from my location so i prefer to resolve this issue online itself
