Issue while paying kotak cc using hdfc billpay

I am not able to pay kotak cc payment using hdfc bill pay . Issue occurs only while paying kotak payment expect kotak other bank payment working normally. Any solution. I had tried deleting biller and adding it again and again but it not working for me when i try to pay i always get this screen . Please anyone have any solution ??
