I was trying to DELETE Rapido APP(iOS), so after long press, in quick Actions menu, they’re requesting us, not to delete it & asking for another chance & for feedback if anything is bad. Nice idea Never Seen like this before(asking in quick actions).

Just makes me want to delete the app even more. Every time I book a ride, the driver either calls to ask for an extra 30 or cancels altogether
Here, they won’t ask extra, but they only Accept Cash & drops 500m before the location & says, map navigation stopped here this is the location
 
Drivers (cabs not 2 wheelers) are concerned about the regular hike in the commission that Uber deducts for every ride. The early dreams of earning 70k a month has turned into not even 15.
This is from my last visit in New Delhi

Depends on the city, I guess.

Ahmedabad drivers prefer Uber - little to no commission.
Delhi drivers prefer Rapido - same logic.

But I didn't have much problems with either. Uber refunds are so easy as well.

Ola on the other hand 🤦

I never have had any such problem with rapido, maybe I was just lucky. But one problem is they don't always give helmet.

rapido is currently the best platform.. We have to see how long they stay tht way.. Its been great so far.. May vary as per city.. but hope for the best
 
Uber is dead everywhere these days. Last I used the Uber driver was telling me how Uber has made there lives even difficult and everyone prefers moving to a different platform
driver difficulty is inversely proportional to the customer comfort though...as uber isn't going to give up anything so it is a zero sum game between driver and customer

+ remember pre uber etc. days - it wasnt that the drivers were making customer's life easy...they used to continuously abuse by exploiting the customer....asking for unreasonable fare, manmani where to go not go, taane on why you came to xyz city
