PayTM Payments Bank ka distribution network Airtel ne Grab karliya hai
I had applied for the prepaid NCMC card through the Airtel Thanks app on 2nd May, today is 14th May and the status still shows as printing name on card. It's been showing that way since 2 weeks. Contacted Airtel payments Bank customer care and they say it takes 14 working days, excluding Sundays, 2nd and 4th Saturday and public holidays. They keep asking me to wait for that before they can take a complaint.

Did you make any special request for rupay debit card. I just opened a savings account with Airtel and when I opened my virtual debit card it turned out to be on mastercard. Do we have an option somewhere to change
Your default card will be MasterCard only.
You can request for NCMC card from the app.

Yes I got it yesterday after a month and a half of having applied for it. But the status in the Airtel thanks app still shows it as printing name on card. So unless it gets marked as delivered, I can't even set a pin for it, nor can I access the transaction history or card controls or recharge the offline balance. It's practically useless until they resolve this glitch. Airtel payments Bank is hopeless.

Didn't get tracking number, the delivery was delayed but don't remember the delivery partner.

And is your ncmc card working fine and when did they resolve the glitch in the app
Ya it's working fine for now though I don't use it much since South Mumbai doesn't have metro yet and for buses I prefer to use Chalo app to buy the tickets since NCMC card has an additional MDR applicable.
They took over a month to resolve my issues and I had to keep following up with the support team.
