Can someone explain me about the latest order passed by supreme court of India regarding sub categories of SC/ST will the Existing SC candidates with Valid Certificate & family income less than 8 lakhs will able to get benefits as earlier?

Furthermore Does BROTHER'S income counted in Family income or Not?
