Sbi Credit card blocked after changing mobile number

On october 1 have changed my mobile number and register my card for upi transaction....the next day when I paid 200 to a merchant my card gets declined and I got a message that your card has been blocked due to suspicious activity....its been one week since my card is blocked....I called customer care and they initiated reactivation request....but the thing is they give me the date 10th October and I don't think my card is going to unblock on 10th October.....what should I do now??....Do anyone have faced the same issue??

How old is your cc is?
 
I have faced same issue. Chased them for 2 months but all in vain. Finally, when I complained on RBI Ombudsman, then they called from some branch and activated it. After that, they gave reply on my RBI complaint also but all that after chasing them for more than 2 months.

Will suggest you to do the same.

Its been more than 3days since I have complained on RBI....I have given one month back date ....but no solution from them also
 
I was told (by customer care) to write an email to customer care @ sbicard .com service from my registered email. I followed these instructions and sent the email two days ago, but I haven't received a reply yet.
They have a reply window of 3 days.
Should I expect any response, or should I start planning for the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)?

For RBI ombudsman you have to wait for their reply otherwise if no reply received then you can fill ombudsman after 30 days of complaint.
