I haven't tried, but I see no issue why. Even multiple payments on or above ₹25k should be allowed. Only caveat is at ₹20k, the PAN card for landlord is optional, but at ₹25k, it becomes mandatory!I am yet to try Rent Payment.....
Multiple payments below 25K not allowed?
For me, they charged like 1.4%. However I got an offer of ₹75/- cashback as payment from Payzapp, which takes it down to 1.1%I have been using No Broker. Charges are much lower compared to other platforms which is 1.1% + GST but there are no offers which offset the charges.
Edit: Do not have to upload rental agreement.
Every month I pay Rs 6k as rent to my account 😀I am yet to try Rent Payment.....

I have got the points from NB for rent payment, so you can continue to use Magnus in NB.I have been using Redgirrafe till date with HDFC Diners LTF but recently switched to Magnus which I dont think is supported by Redgiraffe . I thought NB is the best in terms of rate with Magnus but now I am confused from reading the msgses in the group .
Could you please explain in a bit more detail how you are utilizing DCB for rent on RedGiraffe? Because from what I am aware, RedGiraffe does not support DCB. People use DCB to fill PayZapp and then use Payzapp to pay rent on RedGiraffe. But then the problem that I see here is that DCB rewards are prohibited on e-wallet loading.I have been using Redgirrafe till date with HDFC Diners LTF but recently switched to Magnus which I dont think is supported by Redgiraffe . when paying for rent via nobroker, did you get the normal points and monthly milestones points both?I have got the points from NB for rent payment, so you can continue to use Magnus in NB.
I paid rent via Magicbricks this month but didn't receive any REWARD points in DCB .. did anyone face similar issue ?Earlier Magicbricks was the best when they used to give actually zero processing fee to users. But now they are charging 1.5% + gst and then give a 250 off which is onky sufficient if your rent is around 15-16K.
Now it seems Redgirraffe is the best with 0.39% + gst.
They are waiting till the month end and add points only the next month. Wait for your next month statement.I paid rent via Magicbricks this month but didn't receive any REWARD points in DCB .. did anyone face similar issue ?
Rent RPs are credited on 1st or 2nd of next month.I paid rent via Magicbricks this month but didn't receive any REWARD points in DCB .. did anyone face similar issue ?

@Wealth is my birth right! Whats the use of paying 1L per year when the maximum deduction permitted under Section 80 GG is Rs 60,000 per annum (Rs 5,000 per month)?Superb
You can make it to the tune of 8333 per month without tax implications
I guess this is for salaried HRA as until 1L no need for PAN card of landlord or rental agreement I guess.@Wealth is my birth right! Whats the use of paying 1L per year when the maximum deduction permitted under Section 80 GG is Rs 60,000 per annum (Rs 5,000 per month)?
