If you own Rupay cc and get offers then UPI spends are also counted until unless TnC says otherwise. Transaction mode online/upi (which is also part of online) doesn't matter but where you did the txn and MCC matters most of time. If it is unconditional then no matter where you do txn you will get vouchers. Sometimes offers for unconditional vouchers are instore only where you do offline POS txn.
