Need help in getting any SBI bank card. Can anyone help please?

I have being trying to apply for the card from last 2 years but I don't know why it getting rejected. I contact with SBI team but they are not that helpful they just mention that due to internal policy we are unable to process this time.
I have mostly all bank cards except SBI, IndusInd, and Standard Chartered.
I think having a SBI card is must. I am from Bangalore. I have tried through agent too, but it didn't work. It get rejected after 2 weeks via agent.

I have write to nodal and head of service but same robotic response.

Nimhans is 4 KM from my place. I stay in Kodichikanahalli

May be multiple credit card accounts in your credit reports is the main reason for rejection.
