Complimentary upgrade to Celesta American Express || Is this LTF?

Hi All,

I have received a WhatsApp from IndusInd Bank (official channel) quoting
"Dear Cardholder, Thank you for being a valued customer. We're thrilled to extend a complimentary upgrade to Celesta American Express Credit Card on your Card ending XXXX"

I currently have a IndusInd Legend which is LTF for me.
Just to be double sure, before I apply for this upgrade - is this new Celesta going to remain LTF for me?

Is there any bank rep from IndusInd on TechnoFino who can help me confirm this?
Or any details of bank rep who I can call to clarify this?
Or anyone else here, who got a similar offer and can confirm the above?

most likely paid, fees and other communicated to you at the time of application. If needed, share that screenshot to support and enquiry the same.

If you have got link to upgrade, try it out, in next page it will show fees if it is paid or ltf. You can choose to upgrade based on fees. Many are getting free card upgrade offer now a days.

They called me 2 or 3 days back with offer to upgrade to celesta amex from pinnacle. It was a paid card. So I declined the offer

I used the ccu (CC upgrade) link few days back to check eligibility an they started bombarding with calls to upgrade (paid).
anyways, check the link provided in msg/email, it will give you details while confirming application.

Had to call the customer care but they said its a super premium card and charged at 25k+GST joining fee and 5k+GST annual fee adjusted with vouchers. So I am not going ahead with this!

These marketing terminologies need to be more clear/precise!

indus and idfc .. for me just send offer without any tncs, we have to check with support but most of them they don't know about it.
