Axis has adjusted Olympus Miles against refund on Atlas card

Axis has deducted Olympus Miles from my account as a refund for a transaction made on my Atlas card. Their explanation doesn't make sense to me. This is Moghe's team handling it. What should I do?

It's not the same when transferring to partner miles
1:2 for Atlas and 1:4 for Olympus

But OP should not cancel any transaction after doing it
otherwise he can lose miles from Olympus, as he has clearly demonstrated.
this is the first case I have seen

I think he is the only person in India who has got both Atlas and Olympus cards

I don't think Olympus cards are being given right now to new customers.
it is only the old Citibank customers who got it

I had Burgundy Magnus and Atlas from Axis. My Prestige got transferred to Axis and became Olympus and Axis ate away the accumalated miles on my Prestige card by adjusting against refund on Atlas

Olympus earns are 1 RP/Rs.100
Transfers are at 1:4

Atlas earns are 2 RP/Rs.100
Transfers are at 1:2

So you are good.

This sameness between both cards is currently somewhat offset by Olympus joining benefits, card benefits and high transfer rates.

Can u share some screenshot on how these two are having separate transfer rates? Are they able to properly segregate them after redemption also?

Say u have 500 Atlas and 200 Olympus with total 700 miles. Now if u redeem 100 olympus miles, Does it actually show 500 atlas and 100 olympus miles afterwards? Similarly, if u further redeem 100 atlas miles afterwards, does it show 400 atlas and 100 olympus miles?

Axis has done similar thing for MB and Edge points as well. But hasn't managed to segregate them properly during redemption. Both gets 5:4 and also after redeeming points, deduction happens from total only irrespective of whether u redeem edge points or MB points.

Use travel edge website directly. Edge rewards site and app is down intermittently since 4-5 days. Also, if it is android, it won't allow screenshot on app.

Sorry...cleaned up my Olympus and Atlas balances recently.

So cant show drop down menus till I accumulate minimum number of transferrable points.

Only problem with Olympus is you need to accumulate 500 miles worth Rs 2000 in order to convert them.
With Atlas, you need to accumulate 500 miles worth Rs 1000 in order to convert them.

If you have both these, the high Olympus limits for A & B groups will also apply for Atlas.

So then Atlas will get
A group 1.5 lac miles/year capping (instead of 30k miles/year)
B group 6.0 lac miles/year capping (instead of 1.2 lac miles/year/
