Some questions regarding Amex cards

I am planning to apply for Amex MRCC and also Smart Earn later

But I have some questions about it. Sorry if this has been answered before. I couldn't find clear answers on these here.

1. I have heard Amex has acceptability issues. I plan on achieved MRCC milestone rewards by loading PayTM and Airtel Wallets. Can I use Amex MRCC to do so?
2. Is there any fees for redeeming reward points?
3. Can I redeem the same voucher twice from the 18K catalogue? Like I want to get 2 Rs 7000 BigBasket vouchers by redeeming 36K points. Will that be possible or am I allowed to only get 1 voucher from a catalogue?
4. If the above is not possible then can I at least get 2 different vouchers from the same 18K catalogue? Like 1 Bigbasket voucher and 1 Amazon Voucher?
