Poor acceptance
Charging the joining fees
Removing apay vouchers
Now, omitting the lounges, more to come

Amex has seen better days, idk if it still makes sense to hold amex

After their mail, I realised Plat Travel got lounge access. 😆

I guess 95% of the people get Plat travel only for 2 reasons
1. To earn referral points
2. 4L Milestone

Very few would actually use the lounge benefits of plat travel.

I think he means that the referral points have been drastically reduced from 12000 to only 8000

I don't think same. If it's temporary then other card may have affected as well but it's a clear sign that it has gone.

Now a days these lounges got too much crowd, that may be reason that prices has been increased and Amex is not ready for that.

Hmm, maybe. I saw an article linked below which is not exactly related to Amex, but mentions there is some IT issue for other cards. Maybe there is some effect due to this
