Indie app closes when trying to apply for credit line

Hi, I recently sign-up for an Indie account, it's Indusind Banks digital banking offering. I finished KYC, loaded 50k for max account tier etc.

Unfortunately, the Indie app is clunky and dated. So buggy. You need to have WiFi disabled to login but doesn't say anywhere. I figured it out via trial and error.

Anyway, whenever I try to apply for credit line by clicking either the card at the top, the button in the dashboard, or even side rollout navigation menu in the profile... app just closes. I have gone back and forth with customer support and they are just saying give screenshot of error message. Note that they take like almost a week for each response and it's frustrating that they copy paste the same response. I keep telling them there is no error message, the app just closes. No issue when go to deposits or other such sections. When click credit line, app goes poof. No net banking access.

I have cleared cache, deleted data, reinstalled app etc.

Any advice? Were you able to access credit line section?

kindly disable developer options in your android phone, if they are enabled by you by mistake.

Its working fine, but a little warning before you proceed, There was someone here who availed the credit line from Indie app and due to their account getting freezed they were unable to make re-payments through the app.
So be sure of everything and remember this risk before u proceed especially if you happen to do alot of UPI,etc. transactions on the app.

I tried on multiple devices, but I'm not able to apply. The app just closes when I click any of the credit line link on the app. So it's only happening to me. 😮‍💨
